In this day i organized the booking schedule for one of the institutions that want to broadcast their advertisement , also i continue following up the debit collection.

In the last day of my firs week of the work placement i continued follow up the debt collection and called the companies and the institutions that didn't answer me last day and who didn't replay our emails.
7- Nov - 2012
In this day i called the companies and the institutions and talked to them about their debts and that they should pay it as soon as possible also i send for some of them emails with attachment that includes the invoices to complete the necessary procedures.
6 - Nov - 2012
The third day of my work placement i have started in checking the invoices for some companies that Sharjah TV and Sharjah radio broadcast their advertisements. Also i start receiving emails for the booking advertisements.

In my second day of my work placement at the Commercial Advertising & Sales department i start to learn how to do the booking advertisement schedule also i saw some of the companies statistics and their debts that they must be payed.
4- Nov - 2012
In my first day at the work placement i go around and see the different sections in the Sharjah TV before i settled in the place that I'm going to work in which is the Commercial Advertising & Sales department.
on this day i got to know what kind of work that I'm going to do for the next three weeks before i move on to the financial department.
